特点

本机利用活动齿盘和固定齿盘的高速相对运动，使被粉碎物经齿冲击、磨擦及物料彼此间冲击等综合作用获得粉碎。本机结构简单、坚固、运转平稳、粉碎效果良好，被粉碎物可直接由主机磨腔中排出，粒度大小通过更换不同孔径的网筛获得，另外该机为全不锈钢。机壳内壁全部经机加工达到表面平滑，改变了以前机型内壁粗糙、积粉的现象、使药品、食品、化工等生产更能符合国家标准，达到了GMP的要求。

Features

The machine makes use of the high-speed relative movement between the moveable and fixed gear plates, so as to make the materials crushed under the impact and friction of gear, as well as impacts between materials. The machine is characterized by simple and solid structure, smooth operation and good crushing effect. Materials to be crushed can be discharged from the grinding cavity of the main machine. The granule size can be obtained by changing mesh screens with different bore diameters. Besides, the machine is fully made of stainless steel. The internal walls of the casing are subject to mechanical machining to achieve smooth surfaces, changing roughness and residual powders of inner walls in previous models of machines.
